Smyth & Co is seeking a qualified Deputy Director of Human Resources to support our esteemed luxury hotel group, known for its commitment to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Human Resources in overseeing HR functions across two prestigious hotels.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent.
- Handle employee relations, performance evaluations, and HR administrative tasks.
- Ensure adherence to all legal and organizational standards.
- Support payroll operations and HR financial planning.
- Lead and nurture a small HR team, promoting a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
