About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Integrity Management team, responsible for delivering advisory and safety management services to ensure safe operations. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, commercial awareness, and ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The team is based in Loughborough, Aberdeen, and London offices, and the ideal candidate will be located close to one of these locations and willing to travel to the other offices regularly. We offer hybrid working arrangements and support flexible working requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of ~35 people, covering offshore fixed and floating structures, pipelines, onshore process plant, and renewables.
  • Ensure appropriate systems and processes are in place to deliver work within time to a high standard of quality.
  • Drive a culture of excellence in technical delivery and project management.
  • Identify needs for service delivery, development, and innovation.
  • Support and develop Team Leads, Technical Specialists, and delegate tasks and initiatives appropriately.
  • Build and strengthen a strong culture based on our Purpose, Vision, and Values.
  • Focus on driving the growth of the business through implementation of people management strategies and a well-aligned workforce plan.
  • Develop competency and succession planning for critical roles and capabilities within the department.
  • Drive recruitment and staff retention across the section, building a diverse and inclusive team.
  • Build a culture of learning within the team, ensuring team members are supported and developed to achieve their potential and ensure continuous improvement and service delivery.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with significant knowledge across the competencies represented in the department, who participates in continuous professional development. Commercial awareness and ability to manage, develop, interpret, and report on key commercial/financial indicators are essential. Building and maintaining a strong network of internal and external contacts and relationships is also crucial.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, commercial awareness, and ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They will be located close to one of our offices and willing to travel to the other offices regularly. We offer hybrid working arrangements and support flexible working requests.
