Energy Networks Director

Risk Advisory is a well-established department within Energy Systems, primarily responsible for delivering Advisory and safety management services to ensure safe operations. Our team provides high-quality services and best practices in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation, supporting customers in risk-based decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a growing Integrity Management team of ~35 people, covering offshore fixed and floating structures, pipelines, onshore process plant, and renewables.
- Develop and implement people management strategies and a well-aligned workforce plan to drive business growth.
- Ensure appropriate systems and processes are in place to deliver work within time to a high standard of quality.
- Drive a culture of excellence in technical delivery and project management.
- Work closely with the Head of Department to design, implement, and achieve the Department's tactical and annual operating plans.
- Plan, coordinate, support, follow-up, and improve the financial performance of the unit to ensure long-term sustainable operations.
- Responsible for HSSEQ within the team, ensuring standards of quality, safety, and wellbeing are met.

Your team is predominantly based out of our Loughborough, Aberdeen, and London offices. Given the nature of your role, it's vital that you're located close to one of these and willing to travel to the other offices on a regular basis.
