Job Title: Technical/Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical/Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Talent Finder Jobs. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of renewable energy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our installation teams, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical projects from conception to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with installation teams, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with MCS standards and current electrical standards
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

Requirements:

  • Time served Electrical Apprenticeship or degree in Electrical engineering
  • Renewable Energy course modules or experience in the design and installation of solar installations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
