Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Partnerships Manager will be pivotal in driving substantial growth for Canine Partners through corporate and community fundraising initiatives.

Your enthusiasm for delivering outstanding supporter care will be essential as you identify, nurture, and sustain high-value corporate partnerships. You will oversee the community engagement team, providing guidance and support in establishing robust relationships with small enterprises, educational institutions, social organizations, and other community stakeholders.

You will cultivate and maintain positive relationships with both community and corporate volunteers, developing and executing comprehensive strategies to recruit, engage, and manage volunteer networks effectively.

Qualifications:

- Proven success in corporate fundraising.
- Experience in crafting and executing fundraising strategies.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated capability to manage budgets and meet fundraising objectives.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines.
- Confidence in working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Previous experience in community fundraising and proposal writing is advantageous.
- Most importantly, a genuine passion for the transformative impact of our assistance dogs on the lives of our beneficiaries.
