Job DescriptionWe're seeking a talented Customer Experience Specialist to work dynamically with our IT and third-party development teams. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for reviewing website content and functionality, supporting project testing and deployment, and dealing with reported bugs and issues.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and report on site performance and customer interaction using New Relic to drive improvements
- Create and deploy A/B tests using Adobe Target, reporting on pre and post results
- Support e-commerce growth with new project research, analysis, and reporting
- Proactively manage bug and issue reporting
- Test new projects and support fixes with reporting and logging
- Produce project updates for key stakeholders and the wider company
- Support the business by delivering on ad-hoc tasks and projects as requested
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with the skills to multi-task and prioritise workloads
- Experience of working in a support environment - JIRA or similar
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with incredible attention to detail
- Outstanding research capabilities with reports that you're proud to own
- Experience of working within a retail or e-commerce environment
- Flexibility to change and adapt to the needs of the business
- Experience of working on project creation is desirable
- Magento experience is desirable
