About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Barber Manager to join our team at Richemont's global flagship store, Bourdon House. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury barber shop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide personalized and discreet service to high-end clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Develop strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Set and achieve sales targets, monitoring and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth, including cross-selling and upselling.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of barbers, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Recruit, select, and onboard new team members, ensuring they meet the high standards of our luxury brand.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure the barber shop is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring we have the necessary products and supplies to meet customer demand.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Proven experience in a luxury barber shop or similar environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
    • Experience in team management, including recruitment, selection, and development.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
    • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and inform business decisions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Education and Qualifications
    • Educated up to A-Level or equivalent.
    • Qualification in barbering industry (desirable).
