Job Title: Luxury Barber Shop Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Luxury Barber Shop Manager to join our team at Richemont. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team of barbers, and driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of barbers to achieve performance standards and grow the business.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales and financial targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and drive repeat business.
  • Monitor and improve the service and offer to meet customer needs.
  • Network with neighbouring businesses to drive external traffic to the barbers.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in a luxury environment barber/salon environment.
  • Commercial awareness of luxury market and high-end barber services.
  • Experience of building a regular client base.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Insight and understanding into what makes a successful barbershop.
  • Grooming to reflect a luxury brand.
  • Native/Fluent English language skills, with additional languages a plus.
