About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Construction to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading a multi-functional team to deliver complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of project controls professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project is delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
