Job Summary
The Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a highly organized and communicative Receptionist to join their Adult Critical Care team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the unit, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Adult Critical Care team, including managing patient records, updating patient information, and coordinating with other departments.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide excellent customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high level of patient care and satisfaction.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements
- GCSE/O-Level equivalent standard in English and Maths.
