Receptionist Critical Care Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Receptionist to join our Adult Critical Care team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of our unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Critical Care team, including managing patient records, updating documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling patient inquiries.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
