The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Department Manager to lead our Beauty & Accessories team in our exciting new Flagship store.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead a diverse team of sales advisors, beauty experts, brand managers, and team leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive the Beauty & Accessories team to achieve KPIs and sales targets daily.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by showcasing your product knowledge and expertise in beauty.
  • Set high standards for yourself and your team, consistently meeting individual and team objectives.
  • Stay passionate about the beauty industry and its latest trends.
  • Continuously develop your product knowledge through brand materials, training sessions, and self-directed learning.
  • Build lasting customer relationships by engaging with clients proactively.
  • Plan and execute in-store events in collaboration with the store team and brands.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards by ensuring drawers and counter displays are clean and organized.
  • Support stock counts and other operational tasks as needed.
  • Lead by example, coaching and supporting Beauty Ambassadors.
  • Collaborate effectively with the store management team.
  • Develop strong relationships with brand representatives.
  • Champion our company culture and values.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience managing large teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience managing a beauty department is highly desirable.
  • Luxury Beauty experience is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proven track record in retail management roles.
  • Genuine interest in Luxury Fashion and Beauty brands.
  • While a qualification in makeup artistry or demonstrated beauty retail experience is preferred, we welcome passionate individuals with extensive experience in luxury or trend-driven retail.
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
