Job Title: Beauty Department Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Beauty Department Manager to lead our team in our new Flagship store in Leeds. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and leading a large and diverse team of sales advisors, beauty experts, and brand managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand representatives and suppliers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  • Manage stock levels, visual merchandising, and store operations to maintain a high standard of presentation
  • Support the store management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a beauty retail management role, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the beauty industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Qualifications in make-up artistry or a related field are desirable, but not essential
