Position Overview:
As the Clinical Training Coordinator, you will lead all educational initiatives within our care facilities, focusing on the organization and execution of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Enhance the capabilities of Care Managers in recognizing training requirements within their teams and devising relevant action plans.

Training Development and Implementation:
Design and execute all training programs tailored for care and clinical personnel. Ensure that all new care and clinical employees undergo thorough orientation and ongoing training, adhering to all necessary regulatory and legislative standards.

Assist Care Managers in pinpointing training gaps and creating strategies to fulfill these needs.

Collaboration:
Partner with the Learning and Development team to create development programs for care and clinical staff, including the Nurse Associate/Degree apprenticeship initiative.

Clinical Training Delivery:
Conduct internal clinical training sessions as required. A valid driving license is necessary for travel across our care facilities as part of this role (Mileage expenses reimbursed).

Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
Experience in creating and delivering training sessions.
Conducting training needs assessments.
Coaching and mentoring skills.
