Role Overview:
As the Clinical Training Coordinator, you will lead all educational initiatives within our care facilities, focusing on the effective delivery and organization of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Enhance the capabilities of Care Managers to assess training requirements within their teams and create corresponding action plans.

  • Training Development and Implementation:
    Design and execute training programs tailored for care and clinical teams. Ensure that all new hires in care and clinical roles undergo thorough orientation and ongoing training, adhering to all mandatory and regulatory standards.
  • Assist Care Managers in pinpointing training needs and developing strategies to address these requirements.

Collaboration:
Partner with the Learning and Development team to create development programs for care and clinical staff, including the Nurse Associate/Degree apprenticeship initiative.

Clinical Training Delivery:
Facilitate internal clinical training sessions as necessary. A valid driving license is required for travel across our care home network (Mileage expenses will be reimbursed).
