Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at TN Recruits. As a key player in our continued success and growth strategy, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with internal and external customers across the Italian and European markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and promote and sell products to clients.
  • New Product Development: Introduce and explain new product offerings to clients, using influence to drive sales.
  • Client Relationship Building: Work closely with internal teams and clients to develop tailored solutions that increase sales and client satisfaction.
  • Analysis & Technical Queries: Review performance data, manage technical queries, and ensure clients are fully informed on product benefits.
  • Innovation & Process Improvement: Bring fresh ideas and perspectives to drive business growth and improvement.

As a successful Account Manager, you will have a strong background in account management, sales, and client relationship management, and will be able to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
