Job Title: Asset Finance BDM

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Russell Publishing. As a key member of our business development/sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate revenue through sales of print, digital, event, and conference products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively develop new business to expand client base and increase sales
  • Identify and develop relationships with potential new clients through research
  • Gain a sound understanding of the core subject matter and provide insight and market feedback to the wider team
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience in business development/sales or publishing, media, sponsorship, or delegate sales is essential
  • Excellent IT skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge and use of CRMs
  • Communication (written & verbal) – accuracy and professionalism
  • Professional attitude and integrity
  • Networking and building effective relationships
