Key Responsibilities- Handle all billing process thresholds, rejections, and exceptions with precision and attention to detail.
- Support the expected read volumes and upload times to ensure continuous billing and minimize disruptions.
- Engage with a range of billing scenarios daily, prioritizing customer satisfaction and complaint prevention.
- Follow revenue protection processes to ensure outgoing payments align with company policy.
- Actively support the metering program within the billing process.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a confident and mature outlook. You will have experience with billing and scheduling processes and be able to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Able to remain calm and manage your workload to complete time-sensitive tasks.
- Happy working as part of a team and taking responsibility for your personal workload.
- A confident communicator, able to demonstrate tact and patience.
