Job Title: Commercial Planning Co-ordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Planning Co-ordinator to join our team at Major Recruitment Aberdeen.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Crewing Requirements: Ensure that crewing requirements for the fleet are met in accordance with safe manning, industry, and statutory requirements.
  2. Crew Management: Coordinate crew movements, fill gaps in crews, and communicate recruitment requirements as needed.
  3. Operational Support: Arrange crew changes, provide joining instructions, and arrange accommodation/travel where necessary.
  4. Data Management: Process crew movements in crew management software and input data into various systems for recording of absences, certification, and training.
  5. Payroll Administration: Process payroll changes, including promotions and additional payments.
  6. Recruitment Support: Assist recruitment personnel with new hire onboarding, including employee file setup, inductions, mobilization, and training requirements.
  7. Training and Development: Liaise with the Training Coordinator on further training and promotion opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Crew Management Software and Microsoft Packages.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid working environment.
