About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to our clients, helping them navigate complex tax laws and regulations.

Your primary focus will be on managing tax advisory projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and developing tailored solutions to meet their goals. You will also be responsible for managing a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage tax advisory projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Provide expert tax advice to clients, helping them navigate complex tax laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities
  • Manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring our clients are always compliant
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • CTA and/or ACA qualification
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in tax advisory or industry
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality tax advisory services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
