Job Title: Tax Manager Assistant Share Schemes

Pro-Tax Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager Assistant Share Schemes to join our team. As a key member of our Incentives & Reward team, you will be responsible for advising on commercial and practical issues related to the structure and design of employee equity and cash incentive plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising on the tax and legal implications of incentive plans for both employers and employees.
  • Supporting companies with the implementation of equity and cash incentive plans in the UK and globally.
  • Developing strategies for the tax compliant and tax efficient delivery of incentives.
  • Drafting share plan and related employee communication documents.
  • Assisting with preparing technical updates for clients and contacts.
Requirements:
  • Existing experience of UK and/or Global Incentive Plan consulting.
  • Team player with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to take ownership and use initiative to resolve problems.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to produce high quality, client facing work.
