Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join our team at Pro-Tax Recruitment. As a key member of our corporate tax team, you will be responsible for providing tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including start-ups, private businesses, and multinational corporations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tax compliance and advisory services to clients, including tax planning, risk management, and audit support.
  • Work closely with the wider team to support ad-hoc special assignments and manage client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients, including regular meetings and engagements with clients and HMRC.
  • Assist in the development of junior staff members and provide guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Corporate tax background with experience working with UK-based clients.
  • Corporate tax compliance experience, including tax planning and risk management.
  • ACA/ATT/CTA qualified.
  • Tax advisory experience is desirable but not essential.
