New Management Accountant Role

About Our Client

Our client, a leading company in the industry, is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their team in Reigate.

Job Summary

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate company performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Support the budgeting and financial planning process, working closely with department heads to understand and manage their financial requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, maintaining a high level of financial governance.
  • Provide financial modeling and business case analysis for new projects and investments, helping to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax advisers as necessary, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in a similar accounts function, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, with the ability to produce high-quality financial reports and analysis.
  • Experience as a Management Accountant, with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £42,000 - £48,000, plus a range of benefits including hybrid working, company pension, holiday, and additional company benefits.
