We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Account Manager to join our team at TLP Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing specific accounts and ensuring a smooth customer journey from quotation to registration and handover.
Key Responsibilities:- Order management and coordination of Localisation fleet orders, including quotes, for specific accounts.
- Working with and supporting Network Partners (Business Centres) to ensure a seamless customer hand-over.
- Building relationships with customers and Network Partners through providing administrative and operational support.
- Management of accounts' orders using Leasing industry software Ebbon, MoDel, and internal ordering system AS400.
- Coordinate across other departments to ensure departmental service levels are delivered effectively and accurately to customers and Network Partners.
- Management of the customer experience from quotation through to registration, including direct contact with key Localisation customers and Network Partners to deliver excellent service levels.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and highly numerate.
- Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to influence different audiences.
- Customer-focused with experience of a customer-facing role.
- Self-motivated with good time management.
- Individual who strives for outstanding results and professionalism.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Fleet Industry.
