We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Account Manager to join our team at TLP Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing specific accounts and ensuring a smooth customer journey from quotation to registration and handover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order management and coordination of Localisation fleet orders, including quotes, for specific accounts.
  • Working with and supporting Network Partners (Business Centres) to ensure a seamless customer hand-over.
  • Building relationships with customers and Network Partners through providing administrative and operational support.
  • Management of accounts' orders using Leasing industry software Ebbon, MoDel, and internal ordering system AS400.
  • Coordinate across other departments to ensure departmental service levels are delivered effectively and accurately to customers and Network Partners.
  • Management of the customer experience from quotation through to registration, including direct contact with key Localisation customers and Network Partners to deliver excellent service levels.
Requirements:
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly numerate.
  • Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to influence different audiences.
  • Customer-focused with experience of a customer-facing role.
  • Self-motivated with good time management.
  • Individual who strives for outstanding results and professionalism.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel.
Desirable:
  • Knowledge of Fleet Industry.
  • Customer-first mindset in everything you do.
  • AS400 and Compass experience.
  • Account management experience.
