Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Bidvest Noonan. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a high level of security and customer service to our clients and service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet all visitors promptly and provide a warm welcome.
  • Build and maintain a current knowledge of all policies, procedures, and systems to provide staff and visitors with information as required.
  • Maintain a smart appearance and comply with Bidvest Noonan's dress code and uniform policy.
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls using the correct protocols.
  • Work closely with the Building Management team to coordinate efforts on matters such as Emergency Procedures, Building Safety, Fire, and Bomb threat evacuations.
  • Ensure a thorough handover at the completion of each shift with Security personnel.
Requirements
  • A valid SIA Licence.
  • Proven experience in Corporate Security or a relevant role (a minimum of 12 months).
  • Basic computer literacy required.
