About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to join our Sales team. This role will report to our Head of Sales and be responsible for driving retail partnerships, increasing sales, and managing relationships with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential retail partners, including big-box and key eco-friendly retailers, to establish strategic partnerships.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential retail partners, highlighting the value proposition of Ocean Bottle's products.
Negotiate terms of trade agreements, ensuring alignment with set budgets and sales targets.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing retail partners, ensuring ongoing business growth and satisfaction.
Conduct regular market research to identify potential retail partners and sales opportunities, supporting wider business initiatives.
Build a strategic wish list of customers across multiple industries and sectors.
Develop sales plans and clear roadmaps, including target accounts, sales goals, and timelines.
Develop outreach and other marketing initiatives to support sales efforts.
Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Adjust sales strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
What You'll Get
