Customer Support Specialist - Group Risk

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in the Group Risk specialism. As a key member of our team, you will provide office-based support to our Sales Consultants, ensuring the smooth running of client portfolios on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain constructive relationships with Group Risk Sales Executives, Clients, and Insurers at all levels.
  • Provide first-point-of-contact support for day-to-day administration, responding to queries from clients and insurers in a proactive manner.
  • Ensure the timely and effective resolution of client and provider issues, meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Independently manage and maintain accurate records of client and provider interactions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Group Risk Policies, with knowledge of Group Income Protection, Group Life Insurance, or Group Critical Illness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and providers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience of CRM systems and other administrative software.
