About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Alcohol Recovery Coordinator to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide screening, assessment, and recovery planning for service users
  • Offer advocacy for access to partnership services
  • Deliver structured content within group settings to service users at various stages of recovery
  • Engage with debriefing and evaluations with co-facilitators after groups/pods have taken place
About You:

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of substance misuse issues and experience of working within a similar field. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
