We are seeking a highly skilled Senior EICA Engineer to join our team at MWH Treatment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing superior quality Engineering Design services to support our turnkey and engineering services contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop cost-effective design layouts that meet project specifications and can be constructed and commissioned effectively.
  2. Ensure the utilization of standard practices and maintain competitiveness.
  3. Provide estimates and feedback to the Proposals department.
  4. Work within established procedures and processes to ensure the continued development of the department.
  5. Assist in developing and monitoring procedures and processes.
  6. Write, update, and monitor efficient procedures to aid the smooth running of the department.
  7. Coordinate designs with internal and external disciplines to ensure effective contract delivery.
  8. Maintain accurate files and records throughout contract duration.
  9. Ensure customer satisfaction and work within a culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
  10. Develop and maintain a personal development plan.
  11. Assist in supervising and developing staff.
  12. Ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
  13. Minimize waste from departmental activities.
  14. Ensure designs consider environmental issues and health and safety requirements.
