We are seeking a highly skilled Senior EICA Engineer to join our team at MWH Treatment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in providing superior quality Engineering Design services to support our turnkey and engineering services contracts.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing cost-effective design layouts that meet the requirements of the specification and can be constructed and commissioned effectively.
  • Ensuring the utilization of standard practices and maintaining competitiveness.
  • Providing estimates and feedback to the Proposals department.
  • Working within established procedures and processes to ensure the continuing development of the department.
  • Assisting in the development of procedures and processes.
  • Monitoring and reviewing procedures and processes.
  • Writing, updating, and monitoring efficient procedures to aid the smooth running of the department.
  • Coordinating designs with all other disciplines internal and external to MWH Treatment to ensure that design processes carried out on the contract are coordinated for the benefit of the contract as a whole.
  • Maintaining files and records throughout the duration of contracts.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Working within a culture where satisfying the customer is recognized as the key to achieving other objectives.
  • Maintaining a personal development plan.
  • Assisting in supervising and developing staff.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Reducing waste to a minimum from all departmental activities.
  • Ensuring designs take account of environmental issues.
  • Ensuring that design takes full regard of all health and safety requirements.
