About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Manpower Group (UK). As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and components for our clients in the nuclear industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical systems and components using CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective design and development of mechanical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
Requirements
  • Minimum HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in mechanical design and development, preferably in the nuclear industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
