Shift Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Lutterworth. As a key member of our distribution warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful maintenance of the site through planned and reactive maintenance.

About the Role:

As a Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will work alongside a team of experienced engineers to maintain the site's equipment and facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all maintenance schedules are met, either by the in-house engineering team or through organizing subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize an electronic maintenance scheduler to select, carry out, and sign off planned maintenance.
  • Ensure all building and maintenance schedules are met, either by the in-house engineering team or through organizing subcontractors.
  • Maintain areas of the site with additional ad-hoc project work (power/data/plumbing).
  • Oversee and assume responsibility for any specialist contractors on site, ensuring they work safely and to a high standard.
Shift Pattern:

Earlies: Two weeks 06:00-14:15

Lates: One week 14:00-22:45
