About the Role

As a Workforce Transformation Director at Capgemini Invent, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation and achieve sustainable business outcomes. With a focus on the human side of business change, you will lead and deliver people-focused programs that drive growth, profitability, and workforce delight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the delivery of strategic goals across Workforce Transformation and participate in initiatives that support the growth of Capgemini Invent.
  • Build our brand and market eminence through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and industry events.
  • Lead and shape complex people advisory engagements, designing innovative insights and adapting methods to fit client needs.
  • Manage operational and risk management aspects of client engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and outcomes.
  • Proactively manage stakeholders, building trusted relationships at senior leadership levels and growing client accounts through key issue identification and new opportunity discussion.
  • Develop new propositions and workforce transformation solutions for clients across sectors, leveraging industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Coach and provide learning and development opportunities for junior team members, bringing a track record of successful community of practice building and people leadership experience.
Requirements
  • Delivered technology-driven people transformation projects and solutions with experience across people strategy, skills-based organization, workforce skilling strategies, competency frameworks, and digital skills academies.
  • Deep understanding of leveraging technology and generative AI for key workforce interventions, including workforce and DEI strategies, learning, up/reskilling, culture interventions, hybrid working policies, and target operating models.
  • Currently working in a major consulting firm or industry, with a consulting background and proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience in proposition building and delivery, with a focus on business development and generating consulting revenues.
  • Proven experience in one or more key areas of expertise, including strategic workforce planning and analytics, talent, culture, leadership, DEI, and learning.
