About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to join our team at Capgemini Invent, working on the pursuit and delivery of major consulting-led transformational engagements in the energy and utilities sector.

As a Programme Director, you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver digitally-enabled transformation programmes for a range of clients, providing subject matter insight, expertise, and leadership, whilst developing our people and capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing teams to achieve high quality delivery
  • Contributing to our propositions, in conjunction with our global network, to enable our success in the market
  • Contribute to growing our energy & utilities business and our team
  • Leveraging the power of our global Capgemini organisation to drive high quality delivery and client success

Requirements

  • Successful experience in delivering digital transformational programmes in the energy sector
  • Strong commercial acumen in creating the case for change, the associated programme budget and costing, and having delivered valuable outcomes for clients
  • A strong understanding of what drives project and operational performance and experience in deploying scalable business and technology solutions
