Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including progress notes and medication administration records.

Requirements:

  • Current active NMC Pin
  • Qualifications in Nursing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
