Job Summary:
- Work in a Foster Carers / Connected Person Foster Carers Team in the Shrewsbury area.
- Provide support to foster carers and connected person foster carers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans for children in foster care.
Responsibilities:
- Assess the needs of children in foster care and develop care plans to meet those needs.
- Work with foster carers and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
- Contribute to the recruitment and training of foster carers.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the team.
Requirements:
