Job Title: Plumber - Social Housing

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at 4Recruitment Services. As a Plumber - Social Housing, you will be responsible for carrying out design, installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair work for our housing stock and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out plumbing and heating works, including installation, maintenance, and repair of hot and cold water systems.
  • Service, maintain, and repair plumbing and heating systems, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Co-ordinate the services of other trades and work with colleagues, contractors, and partners to deliver a seamless service to customers.
  • Manage stock and supplies to ensure works are not delayed.
  • Work efficiently to deliver value for money and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Use available information to identify customer needs and tailor services to meet those needs.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Enhanced DBS check.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £20.00 paid weekly via umbrella (no CIS/LTD). This is an ongoing contract with the potential for long-term or temporary to permanent opportunities.
