Job Overview

Reports to: Head of Sales

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing targeted sales initiatives and developing a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at enhancing revenue, expanding market presence, and ultimately boosting the profitability of Bell Recruitment.

Your focus will be on engaging with major food retailers to secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing partnerships to explore further growth avenues.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and oversee existing client accounts, ensuring optimal service delivery and satisfaction.

· Implement the company's sales strategy in alignment with its growth objectives.

· Responsible for marketing a diverse range of fresh and chilled products to clients across the UK and Ireland.

· Conduct presentations to corporate buyers within leading retail organizations.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various customer sectors.

· Foster robust commercial and cross-functional relationships with essential stakeholders.

· Regularly visit both new and existing clients to maximize potential sales revenue.

· Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on all leads.

· Work in conjunction with the NPD team to showcase new and existing products to clients, including pricing and trading terms.

· Prepare and present quotes/tenders to clients, incorporating promotional sales strategies that align with the company's profitability goals.

· Maintain ongoing post-sales communication to guarantee complete client satisfaction.

· Identify and formulate sales strategies, providing regular updates to the Head of Sales.

· Monitor market competitors and devise effective strategies based on sales analysis, customer insights, and current market conditions.

· Build and nurture relationships with key clients and suppliers, attending industry events as necessary to enhance the company's profile.

· Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop a long-term growth strategy and contribute to the annual budget planning process.
