## Strategic Sourcing Manager

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead the supply chain sourcing process for a portfolio of procurement projects
* Shape and challenge business requirements using market and supplier insight
* Develop sourcing strategies for specific projects in line with business objectives
* Manage and prioritise multiple sourcing initiatives effectively through agile project delivery and problem-solving skills

### Required Skills & Qualifications

* Strong analytical skills to present complex commercial/contractual data and concepts
* Knowledge of the water industry or category-specific supply chain is desirable
* Proven commercial and contractual acumen
* Relevant business and/or supply chain knowledge
* Knowledge of regulated procurement procedures (UCR or PCR) and NEC contracts
* Project management experience or qualifications
