Job Title: Senior Regional Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

Gleeson Recruitment Group is pleased to be working with a leading service-led business to recruit for a Senior Regional Marketing Manager. This dynamic role will be responsible for providing marketing strategy, planning, and support, and team management across a dedicated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a centralized marketing strategy with clear, measurable targets and data insight-led activities.
  • Collaborate with multiple business units within the organization to define, develop, and implement marketing plans that execute the marketing strategy and achieve business goals.
  • Manage, grow, and develop the marketing team.
  • Work with the digital team to identify focus areas for the marketing plan across all digital channels.
  • Monitor and report on results and trends to inform short and long-term strategies.
  • Collaborate with the brand team and creative agencies to ensure consistency across all platforms and channels.
  • Lead central projects to ensure all channels are maximized and have a clear ROI.
  • Work with the communications team to ensure marketing focuses are communicated and implemented in line with the marketing strategy and plan.
  • Maintain key stakeholder communication and management at all times.
  • Use various reporting tools to monitor and report periodically on performance against marketing metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven marketing management experience.
  • Experience in a multi-site operational business.
  • Commercially minded marketing experience with data-driven results.
  • Experience in developing and managing brand guidelines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across the business.
  • Experience in developing clear and consistent messaging and client journeys.
  • Experience working collaboratively across a wider business group.
  • Experience in a similar industry.
  • Events lead for a large organization.
  • Knowledge of relationship management.
  • Understanding of B2B and B2C market dynamics and customer journeys.
  • Understanding of service sectors.
  • Commercial background.
  • Experience with events systems/software.
