About MŌDUM

MŌDUM is a leading luxury brand seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grand Vendeur to join our team. As the Ambassador of the brand, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our high-end clients, driving sales growth, and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Nurture and develop relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and loyalty.
  • Sales Initiatives: Propose and plan sales initiatives to promote our high jewellery products, including events and promotions.
  • Client Acquisition: Grow our client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
  • Networking: Attend international networking events and conferences to establish and maintain relationships with key clients and industry professionals.
  • Personal Client Portfolio: Manage and develop your own client portfolio, identifying opportunities to increase sales and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a high jewellery brand, ideally in a boutique setting.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of high jewellery, including GIA qualifications.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with additional languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, or Arabic being an asset.
