IRD is actively seeking high-performing Luxury Retail Sales Professionals for our esteemed clients within the Fine Jewellery & Watch industry. While the specific brands may vary, the core requirements remain consistent.

We are currently recruiting the following roles

Store Director

Assistant/Deputy Store Manager

Team Managers/Supervisors

Grand Vendeur/High Jewellery Specialists

Senior Client Advisors

Client Advisors

Location: Central London (Bond St, Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Selfridges, Covent Garden, Westfield White City and Stratford

We are looking to engage with candidates who:

  • Demonstrate a proven track record in sales with a luxury background either in fashion, watch or fine jewellery being essential.
  • Possess a strong understanding of CRM systems and can effectively develop and grow a personal client book.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring each client interaction is memorable.
  • Have a deep understanding of the luxury market, appreciating the nuances that distinguish this sector.
  • Adopt a personalised approach to client relationships, with a genuine desire to understand and cater to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
  • **Excellent management skillset with proven success in operations, people development, event planning, and driving sales growth within a luxury retail environment.
