About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grand Vendeur to join our team at MŌDUM. As the Ambassador of the brand, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our high-end clients, while also driving sales and growth for our luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute client database activities to nurture relationships and increase brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for community engagement and events that promote brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a professional, approachable, and knowledgeable experience for all clients.
  • Design and implement sales initiatives to promote our High Jewellery products.
  • Grow and maintain a strong client portfolio, identifying new opportunities for acquisition and retention.
  • Network and participate in international events to expand our client base and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage and develop a personal client portfolio, prioritizing high-value relationships and opportunities.
  • Create and execute strategies to bring top clients to our boutiques, driving sales and revenue growth.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably in a High Jewellery boutique.
  • In-depth knowledge of High Jewellery, including GIA certification.
  • Excellent ability to serve and present High Jewellery products to clients.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the luxury retail industry and CRM techniques.
  • Fluency in English is required, with additional languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, or Arabic being a plus.
