MŌDUM is a luxury retail company that specializes in high-end jewelry and fine goods. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grand Vendeur to join our team as an Ambassador of Luxury.
Job Summary:
The Grand Vendeur will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high net worth individuals and VIP clients, while also driving sales and revenue growth for the company. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of luxury retail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals and VIP clients, providing personalized service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and techniques, while also identifying opportunities to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of MŌDUM's high-end jewelry and fine goods, including product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute events and activations that showcase MŌDUM's luxury products and build relationships with high net worth individuals and VIP clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the retail team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably in a high-end jewelry boutique.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of high-end jewelry and fine goods, including product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with high net worth individuals and VIP clients.
- Education: GIA certification or equivalent experience in the luxury retail industry.
