Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Agency Space as a Hybrid Creative Services Manager. This is a part-time role, approximately 4 days per week, with flexible days and times.

About the Role

As a Hybrid Creative Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the agency, working closely with the Leadership Team across all our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Refining and managing our systems and processes to optimize the flow of creative, strategy, production, and project management through the business.
  • Providing creative and strategy weekly resourcing, managing permanent and freelance time, and liaising with recruiters and suppliers.
  • Supporting the client teams in a project management capacity, overseeing agency studio production, and ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Collaborating with the Leadership Team to drive business growth and development, leveraging your expertise in creative services and project management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a creative services and project management capacity within fast-paced integrated creative agency environments.
  • Proven track record of refining and managing systems and processes to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
