About the Role

This is a hybrid Design Manager position where you'll oversee the creative process while balancing hands-on design and team management responsibilities.

You'll lead the transition of our successful US-based product, ensuring brand consistency while adapting the content for the UK market.

This is not a UI-focused role, but rather one that revolves around creating compelling visual assets for marketing campaigns across digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project and team management, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of creative work.
  • Provide creative direction and mentorship to the design team.
  • Hands-on design of graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for web, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Work with freelancers and internal stakeholders to ensure design work aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Develop UK-centric creative solutions while maintaining the tone of voice from our US-based platforms.
  • Create and maintain visual brand guidelines.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in managing creative teams and projects.
  • Expertise in graphic design across digital and print platforms.
