Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Mental Health Professional to join our team at the Haringey Talking Therapies (HTT) service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological assessments and interventions to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention: Undertake protocol-based psychological assessments of clients referred to the HTT service, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans.
  • Group Coordination and Facilitation: Assist in the coordination and running of Outreach groups and therapeutic group interventions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.
  • Business and Clinical Meetings: Attend and contribute to HTT business and clinical meetings, providing valuable insights and expertise to inform service development.
  • Professional Development: Receive regular clinical supervision and management, as well as participate in team training and development opportunities to enhance skills and competencies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong knowledge of psychological theories and interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
