Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include collaborating with diverse stakeholders throughout the organization to facilitate the discovery, planning, and execution of numerous change initiatives—ranging from significant infrastructure projects to new software implementations, from pioneering research endeavors to enhancing the student experience.
In this capacity, you will be tasked with:
- Identifying business challenges and gathering requirements.
- Understanding current processes and articulating future objectives.
- Documenting business cases to demonstrate the benefits and return on investment of proposed solutions.
As projects progress beyond the discovery phase, you will oversee the management of requirements, evaluate change requests against the original project goals, support testing phases, and ensure that provisions are in place for business sponsors to assess the ongoing benefits of initiatives.
Additionally, you will prioritize your workload effectively, pragmatically evaluating the feasibility and attainability of deliverables, and communicating your assessments to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Business Analysis, demonstrating a proven ability to leverage a comprehensive skill set to transform initial concepts into well-considered recommendations for change, shaped by business, technical, and policy considerations, while being articulated through the lens of personnel, processes, and technology.
You should be enthusiastic about a diverse range of projects and thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities and demands may shift frequently. Your contributions will be instrumental in the development of a newly established team and in shaping the Business Analyst practice within the IT department.
