About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for engaging with the public, building relationships, and securing donations for our charity partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with the public at various events, shows, and venues to promote our charity partners and secure donations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors, volunteers, and other stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with our in-house venues team to secure prime locations and maximize fundraising opportunities
  • Meet and exceed fundraising targets, working under your own initiative and with minimal supervision
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to donor inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or field sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
