MPJ Recruitment Ltd is currently representing a dynamic and innovative organization specializing in the automotive insurance sector.

Our client operates within the intervention, hire, and repair segment of the insurance claims process, with a management team that possesses over 40 years of industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
  • Review and assign claims, ensuring effective strategies are implemented.
  • Conduct file reviews within your team to guarantee adherence to quality standards.
  • Identify training requirements within your team and propose suitable training solutions.
  • Promote continuous improvement in claims handling processes.
  • Monitor team performance, including productivity, attendance, and leave, collaborating with HR on performance issues as needed.
  • Assist in the recruitment process for claims handlers and support personnel when required.

Communication: Present information to colleagues at various levels in a manner that motivates and establishes clear expectations for quality and performance standards.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and support internal and external audits.

Analysis: Aid in the preparation of client, team, and sector analysis and statistics.
